Full disclosure: I told you guys a while ago all the reasons I’m not a fashion blogger + all of those are still true.
But you ask about my personal style quite a bit so I thought I’d show you how I shopped this year’s Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale + the pieces I purchased that really reflect my personal style. It’s hard to pass up a good deal – like this yellow coat…amiright?

The only thing I’m saying, “Adios!” to with this basic tee is looong work days (+ anything else that keeps me from my boys) – I dunno about you, but we prefer long weekends in this house.

I love layering (you kinda have to in UT) + seriously have a crush on anything long-sleeved + cozy like this sweater! Begging for a Jack snuggle with how soft it is.
With how busy our life gets, simple, classic, staple pieces are so important to me! (and you all know I never say no to a good hat – all of them courtesy of Gigi Pip)
And these shoes? Love-worn for sure – just the way I like them.

What stood out to me the most about this year’s sale was their selection of empowering graphic tees! You guys are always asking me where my tee’s are from! If you’re in the market, snag one now while they are on SALE! They’ll have them all season but not at this price.
Dressed up, or down, these pants take my laid-back vibe + elevate it. BOOM BABY! Plus I’m digging how well they pair with this sandal and know that they’re going to kill it paired with these sneakers I picked up!

Pants were the real winner with this outfit. When was the last time I left home without my hat and shades? HINT: a long long long time ago.
This outfit is versatile – I can make a small change + I feel like I’ve got a new outfit. Each piece stands on its own + doesn’t rely on other parts to make it wearable. I’m already dreaming up outfits+places to wear this duster! Runs TTS.

Like the Canadian tuxedo (denim on denim) I’m a HUGE fan!
Comfortable, so American, + hello burnt orange – been a long time favorite color around here! 
This shirt is the same style as the red shirt at the top of this post! You can scroll back + take a look. I love fitted tee’s for layering under jumpsuits + whatever else, + get even more stoked when I can wear them alone.
They’re so comfortable + under $30 with 8 (EIGHT!) colors options. Solids included.

This corduroy situation is too fun! You’ll see it all season long on me. I took the same jacket + styled it with these jeans and t-shirt for a more paired-back look.

I love how relaxed this look feels but is still put together. MY JAM! This shirt is from one of my go to all time favorite brands and I’m beginning to think I might just live in jeans for the rest of my life!
Not only is the color of this sweater SPOT ON, I’ve had one similar for yearssss that I found in Arizona at a flea market. I always get questions about it + am so happy to have a link/source for you now!! On sale nonetheless!
And I’m pretty sure it comes in 4-5 colors so you can definitely get them to layer up with for the fall winter! I like to stock up when they are on sale!
