I was told many years ago if I want to have more kids – never take them all to the grocery store. I laughed, but now I get it. If you WANT to have more kids – get a WALMART+ membership and don’t ever go to the grocery store period. 🙂 

My life coach taught me about Sunday Brain Dump and it has changed my life. Each Sunday I try to prioritize sitting down with my phone in airplane mode, no interruptions, door locked + write down on a piece of paper every single thing I need to do this week.
