I was told many years ago if I want to have more kids – never take them all to the grocery store. I laughed, but now I get it. If you WANT to have more kids – get a WALMART+ membership and don’t ever go to the grocery store period. 🙂
My life coach taught me about Sunday Brain Dump and it has changed my life. Each Sunday I try to prioritize sitting down with my phone in airplane mode, no interruptions, door locked + write down on a piece of paper every single thing I need to do this week. Including grocery shopping, friends to call, meals, appointments, practices, and what I am going to be making for dinner for the week. Then I put it into my calendar + crumble up the paper. It has cleared my mind exponentially of the excess that just floats around in there. I mean after all, I talked Jon into the best of the best kitchen appliances for our new home + the first step to becoming a better cook – learning to plan a little better. I do my planning Sunday evening + schedule deliver for Monday!
