i am pretty new to this blogging world.<\/div>\n
but i have decided that the key to my blogging success always directs back to one person.
\nj j j jonboy.<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
my husband, our mastermind\u00a0entrepreneur + tickle king.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
being married to an\u00a0entrepreneur\u00a0is the greatest thing that’s ever happened to my blog.<\/div>\n
jonboy is a self taught photoshop guru,
\nand he has patiently + willingly taught me everything\u00a0that i know.
\nhe seems to know exactly when i need a little confidence boost
\nand pushes me to try new things.\u00a0h a r d things!<\/div>\n

i wish that i would have studied graphic design.
\nuntil lately, i didn’t realize how much i love it.
\nit’s much harder it than it looks.\u00a0he’s bought me books and signed me up for classes.
\ni know for fact that i couldn’t do it without him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

when jon and i first started dating almost 5 years ago, i had heard the word\u00a0entrepreneur many a time.
\n(couldn’t spell it for me life) but i knew it was someone who started their own business.
\nlittle did he know, i didn’t really<\/i> get it.
\ni pretended to understand\u00a0whatever he was talking about.
\nand it obviously worked because he still thinks i am way smarter than i really<\/i> am with business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

i feel like there’s this\u00a0secret<\/span>\u00a0magnificent\u00a0world filled with tons of driven, creative,
\nhard working minds that are all doing the same thing – following their business dreams.
\nafter being married now for a couple of years i can honestly say that i\u00a0get it<\/i>.
\ni get it, and i’m happy to be part of it.
\nsomeday, lets create a utah\u00a0entrepreneur\u00a0wives play group. that’ll be the day!<\/div>\n

i find myself dabbling in my own business ideas.<\/div>\n
one day i hope to gather up all my brave cells and just go for it.<\/div>\n
i made + sold leather fanny packs at a big trade show once and it scared the crap out of me.<\/div>\n
i enjoy creating, but selling myself and selling my products – – not so much.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
i adore bloggers who have the drive to do so.<\/div>\n
i’m sure most of you have heard of Alt Summit<\/a>.
\nit’s good stuff. stuff that i could use help with, and enjoy learning about.

i have seen the most darling photos from bloggers + photographers
\n+ the most stylist ladies on earth that go to it.
\nall of these peeps at the same place at the same time? wowza. talk about changing the world.<\/div>\n
i remember earlier this year telling jonboy that one day i’m going to speak at it.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
while he was\u00a0designing\u00a0jonah’s birthday invitation the other night he brought it up
\nand told me i could get a ticket for christmas if i really wanted to go.
\nas an attendee not a speaker of course.<\/div>\n
oh happy day, right?<\/div>\n
wrong!<\/div>\n
tickets have been sold out for who knows how long.<\/div>\n
whomp whomp whomp. shattered dreams, people. shattered dreams.<\/div>\n

i follow @altsummit on instagram.<\/div>\n
and\u00a0recently\u00a0discovered that they are giving away a 1 free ticket.<\/div>\n

my fingers are crossed.\u00a0my toes are crossed.<\/div>\n
and i don’t know if he will admit it but jon’s got his crossies on under the table as well.<\/div>\n

one time in high school i won a drawing to kick a 20 yard field goal
\nat\u00a0half time\u00a0of the football game\u00a0and actually made it.
\ntook home\u00a0a hundred bucks, and bragging rights for the rest of my life.<\/p>\n

i don’t ususally win things, but we’ll see how this goes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
