. . . taking a minute to breathe . . . <\/p>\n\n\n\n I didn’t realize how many new hats I would be wearing with this new “season” of life. Feels like a season, even though it’s only been a week. A lot of unknowns, a lot of mood shifts + a lot of silver lining digging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The thing I found to keep me sane is getting outdoors – whether with my family or alone. Last night me time consisted of finding a local school, running a few laps + a finishing off with a 10 minute ab workout (shared below). I instantly felt like I could happily take on a new day + had a total shift in perspectives. Isn’t it crazy how being outdoors can INSTANTLY lift your mood.
