a couple months back we decided to swap gears with weekly lemonade + create more of a weekly list.. It’s been fun to round up things up to share with you, but I have felt more disconnected from this space of my life. with all the changes we have going on around here, I couldn’t help but want to revisit this tradition! I didn’t realize how much it means to me to document our lemaondeeeee-ish moments.\u00a0 Who even knew how much the lemons meant to me – – – until I stopped sharing them publicly, then slowly stopped writing them down altogether. I found myself not being as positive as I’d like to be. As I used to be. I thought I was born with this trait, but come to find out no one is. I’ve been choosing to make the days great by focusing on the sweets + laughing at the sours. The sours are always there, but you gotta suck on them long enough for the sugar to show itself fully. They become sweet. Takes time, but it happens! I guess I realized fairly quickly that these little moments make us who we are + by golly they sure mean a lot to me.<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n

S W E E T S: breaking ground on our new home | jack saying “BOWING” when he’s upset | sunscream | hosting a gender reveal for morgan + benji | jonah challenging friends at the park to a game of basketball | new gigi pip warehouse + office space | back to school shopping | jonah re-learning his backflip | asking the internet how to make a baby girl on this post<\/a> | early morning chats about motherhood with grammy | sneak reading parenting with love and logic during sunday school | elizabeth hales helping me come to a happy place with our exterior options | kelsee coming home from her mission | remembering hillarie’s birthday on time | attending jenna’s wedding + the car ride up with breezy | love notes on my desk at work, have i told you lately that i’m obsessed with my co-workers?! | chats with emily | solidifying\/approving a long term partnership with chrysler, backcountry + nike<\/p>\n

now, the sours. because I think they are important to document + just\u00a0as fun to look back on.<\/em><\/p>\n

S O U R S: going in to the dentist to fill a cavity, coming out with a root canal | kimmy moving | strangers asking the boys for our address | period pants (white to be exact) | no white allowed on the exterior of our house | cancelling our lake powell trip | watching morg order a pink dress just like i did for my gender reveal | ticket for an expired registration that i didn’t even know was expired | our poor garage| box fiasco at gigi pip | nicole + fam moving | dryest heels on the face of the earth | selling the pop up trailer | telling the internet how much i love these tanning drops, then finding some that i like better | forgetting to mail samantha’s birthday present | forgetting to turn in rigg’s kindergarten packet\u00a0<\/p>\n
