I honestly don’t want to be a crack the whip Mom.
\nI have a laid back personality + I’m proud of it I guess you could say.
\nUNTIL it comes to\u00a0teaching work ethic.
\nThen my CRACK THE WHIP comes out full force. WATCH YO SELF.
\nI also believe in making it fun, so it balances out okay. I guess? \ud83d\ude42
\nWe\u00a0REFUSE to have entitled kids who
\nexpect\u00a0everything to be handed to them.
\nJon didn’t grow up like this + neither did I.
\nThe world is teaching them differently, but I’m bound + determined that it is still attainable. We are both business owners, they see us work, they see us play. TOGETHER is the key. Same team, always!<\/p>\n
I listened to this podcast<\/a> the other morning + have been on a mission ever since to develop our own family money philosophy.
\nNow that summer is pretty much here, it also means entertaining kids!
\nWORK BEFORE PLAY is what my Mom always taught me!
\nWe’ve been slowly switching out all our home products to more natural ones. Not only is the packaging alwaaaays better, the chemicals are what win me over in the end. Cute cleaning products are the new “cute work out clothes”.\u00a0 Ya feel me?<\/p>\n
