I recommend taking trim if you want one that taste better. The coconut lime is like a treat. I heard life has a much sweeter taste than pure. Pro tip for pure: store it in the fridge, it taste so much better than taking it warm.
Can you take it while nursing or pregnant?
Yes! you can take pure but not trim!
What has been the biggest difference since starting?
