we have been busy.
busy and in control.
aka: the good kind of busy.
a form of busy that i didn’t know existed.
here is the recipe for our busy – – –
{with seventeen ingredients in honor of seventeen olympic days, duh}
even though the last two are a dead give away
- we celebrated two years of wedded+ness
- we slept over at grandma’s two four times.
- we caught strep throat. {we haven’t been to the doc, that’s just what we diagnosed ourselves}
- we started insanity. let me spell that out for you – I N S A N I T Y – i have to lift my legs up the stairs with my hands.
- we taught jonah how to dance {we=kylee}
- we drink green smoothies in the morning for breakfast. not as in a drink to go along with my crunch berries, as in like our whole breakfast. if you know me well, this is huge.
- we took the gold medal at the larsen family olympics
- we got a much needed couples massage
- it’s been cool enough to sleep with our windows open the past couple of days. oh happy night!
- my best friend is in love love love, and it’s never looked better on someone.
- we went to the zoo
- we committed to a family triathlon. i’m positive i’ll drown or back out before it gets here.
- i have been dabbling in design and i kinda like it. keyword :: dabbling
- jonah can C L I M B. and not up the rock wall! on the couch and up to my desk. game over, ma’
- girls camp is next week. my first time going as a leader. pure excitement brewing in my blood
- i’m obsessed with my husband.
- i’m obsessed with my son.
look at yooou becoming fit and healthy.
my mom made me a green smoothie once. i think it had too much “greeeen” in it. it was so gross. but so proud of you and your great whole breakfasts!!

i looove sleeping with the window open! that’s the only way to do it, around here. except for the crows. every morning. i need a bb gun.
you can’t start doing design, too!! you can’t be perfect at everything, gp. leave some things for the rest of us. geeezzz! mostly i feel like i can never be anything close to as great and amazing as you are. (what was that i just said about being enough..? hahaha)
but thanks for giving me someone to idolize and model my life after. you’re a doll.
oh my gosh you are not ONLY eating green smoothies…. just tell me you have an early breakfast of crunch berries, or a brunch? this is WAY to healthy for you dear, i cant and wont believe it until i see it.
