Doing a  happy dance for the happiness that fills our home when we try extra hard to do our little portion in spreading goodness to the world. We’ve been trying to focus hard on giving instead of receiving this December.

I’ve been traveling for the first two weeks of this month + it has been a whirlwind. But we made sure to squeeze in some happy projects between trips. The boys loved it. I loved it + we hope Uncle Jensen will love it!

Juan’s brother is currently living in Fiji. We misssss him BAD, especially this time of year.

We’ve had other family members + friends who have been gone during the holidays  + have told us how receiving a package from home made their entire week (or month). So the boys + I got to it. Fedex actually did a pretty cool survey to  uncover consumers’ emotional connection to gift giving during the holidays  and found that 76% of Americans say sending gifts over the holidays makes them feel more connected to loved ones.

Homemade goodies, pieces of art, written letters + photos of our family. All this love packaged up in a box + ready to ship to Uncle Jensen.

I know the boys will be asking soon to send another package to Uncle Jensen + when they do, we’ll do just that. did you know that 70% of Americans are likely to ship gifts to an average of 5-6 loved ones during the holiday season? Who are yours going to this year?

We chose to expand our giving to people outside our extended family as well. We’ve met so many people from our Instagram family that cheer us on + support us EVERYDAY!

We decided it was time to give back + send some packages to make other people’s week a little bit happier. Spread some goodness + be sure you’re spreading joy this holiday season!
