We started our 4th of July celebrations off at the Ward BBQ. It’s been going for who knows how many years + the bishopric always comes back to cook for everyone. We love our ward so much! Can’t bring ourselves to start saying goodbyes yet.
Long live the 4th of July tee tradition for this man. Mostly embarrassed for anyone who saw us in public on Tuesday. WHO IS THIS HUMAN I MARRIED?! HAA. All’s I know is he’s waaay more cool than I’ll everrrr be.
We then continued our 4th of July celebrations by stopping by the barn on the way to Grammy’s house!
So my phone is toast. Well it was.
But believe it or not, the party still went on without being documented as per usual. 🙂 Our 4th of July celebrations were magical! I love documenting special times + to be honest with you, it has been super refreshing to not have a phone. Forced me to dust off the big camera. In the end I think it was for the best!
Last year the little nugget in the middle was in my belly itching to get out + the big brothers were in St George with Grandma + Grandpa. We picked up Thai takeout from Sawadee enjoyed the fireworks allll over the valley from the balcony + then binge watched Stranger Things.
this year > last year
A hundred times over.
(too hard to choose just one photo *covered eye emoji* so I’m just mass posting) #sueme
Each time we visit Grammy up in Midway, our cravings for small town, backyard hopping freedom gets deeper + deeper. We’ve lived right in the heart of the city all of our married life. We love it so much, but are soooo sincerely excited to put our roots down in somewhat of the country + spread out a little more. A backyard? Watching the kids play from the kitchen sink? Makes me cry thinking about it. It’s all still a bit surreal that our dreams are slowly becoming reality.
Grammy walked the boys in the annual bike parade this year —- Jack was thrilllllled. Ha! Little buddy zonked out cold.
Jeff + Kim get married next week + we can’t wait to get back up there. Still high-fiving myself behing my back everytime I leave the inlaws. I definitely hit the jackpot of alllllll jackpots with this awesome crew. Hope your 4th of July celebrations were beautiful, too! xx
Such a cute top and pants!!! Can you give details on your outfit? Your family is adorable!!!!
These photos are fantastic! My favorite is the one of your little boy behind the flag. 🙂
Love the pants! Where are they from?
